David Bonrouhi
David Bonrouhi provides strategic advisory and financial consulting services primarily to middle market privately held companies preparing for a merger, sale, acquisition or debt or equity financing transaction. David’s clients are predominantly entrepreneurs and privately held family businesses with revenues ranging from $5 - $100 million.
David has experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution of consumer products and light industrial products, consumer and business services, media, telecom, publishing, technology and retail (including restaurants).
Prior to forming Blue Line Capital and working with West Coast Capital, Mr. Bonrouhi was a Vice President at UnionBanCal Equities, the private equity/venture capital group of Union Bank of California, for four years, responsible for deploying and co-managing $200 million in capital, which was invested in middle market companies. Mr. Bonrouhi also previously worked in investment banking in New York City for Merrill Lynch for four years. Early in his career, Mr. Bonrouhi was a CPA in the tax department at Price Waterhouse in New York.
