Fedrick has specialized in protecting intellectual property rights
since 1991. He is a registered U.S. patent attorney with extensive
experience in securing patent and trademark protection worldwide,
licensing intellectual property rights, and performing IP due
diligence and strategic analysis. He has counseled clients in a
wide range of industries, both in English and Chinese. Mr. Fedrick
previously served as counsel for the biopharmaceutical business of
Baxter Healthcare Corporation, where he was responsible for
intellectual property matters relating to product lines with sales
in excess of $1 billion.
