BUSINESS BIO:
Leo Bautista has been practicing law in Intellectual
Property, Franchising and Commercial litigation since 1990.
He is a partner at the law firm Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard
& Smith LLP, which is based in Los Angeles and has 19
offices nationwide. His practice focuses on trademark,
copyright, trade secrets, patent and franchising litigation,
licensing, transactions and consultation. Mr. Bautista also
