BUSINESS BIO:
Ray has over 30 years experience in government. industry and
public accounting which encompasses appraisal and valuation
services and managing multi-state and international taxes.
His expertise spans real and personal property taxes, sales
and use taxes, gross receipt taxes, federal excise taxes and
state income taxes. He also manages tax audits, audit
appeals, and resolution, and has been an expert witness at
Administrative Assessment Appeals Hearings, Superior and
Federal Courts.
Ray's clients include companies in the winery, airline
and manufacturing and distribution industries. His success
in managing state and local corporate taxes has resulted in
recovering and achieving sizable reductions in all business
tax liabilities nationally and internationally.
