BUSINESS BIO:
I attempt to provide the creativity necessary to resolve
every matter within the individualized needs of each
client.
I represent debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 business
reorganizations and Chapter 7 liquidations, and try to find
alternatives to bankruptcy when necessary.
My practice also emphasizes the non-bankruptcy aspects of
business law, and I handle both commercial litigation
matters and transactional dealings for select clients.
