The Cardenas Law Group is a business law firm specializing in commercial transactions and general business counseling for small and medium sized businesses. Our mission is to protect and advance our clients’ business interests by delivering our best counsel in a cost effective manner. The firm is led by experienced business attorney Frank Cardenas.

After graduating from Harvard Law School in 1990, Frank Cardenas began his legal career in the Corporations and Capital Markets Department of O’Melveny & Myers where he gained significant experience in a wide range of business transactions and counseling. Mr. Cardenas is experienced in all aspects of business including initial organization, early and late stage financings, private placements, acquisitions. asset disposition, reorganization, procurement, management, employee relations and equity incentive plans.

Frank has developed a particular expertise in matters relating to the limited liability company and its distinct s vis-à-vis the corporation. He currently serves as general counsel to several select companies, including New York-bascd asset management firm and an alternative energy company.

Frank is a proud graduate of the University of Southern California and holds certificates in Project Management from UCLA and Construction Management from the Turner Construction Program in Construction Management.
