BUSINESS BIO: James is a partner with Larson & Rosenberger LLP, CPA’s and has more than 24 years’ experience in accounting and auditing and mainly focuses his attention growing the privately held business practice section. His experience includes audits and reviews of manufacturing companies, non-for-profit organizations, and real estate based companies and other niche accounting: audits of GAAP and statutory and based financial statements insurance companies; audits of charter schools; and pension backed real estate investments. James views his role as an audit partner to provide innovative and constructive solutions that would be helpful to management as result of the services provided. James is familiar with audits of large multi-million dollar companies as well as review, compilation and bookkeeping services of a variety of business entity types and sizes. James has been an Instructor with the Becker CPA Review® course for 5 years. James is past Co-Chair (2006 & 2010) of the Accounting and Auditing Conference put on by the CalCPA Education Foundation and has served on the planning committee for that conference for nearly a decade.
