Les handles general business matters and specializes in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, receiverships and assignments for the benefit of creditors An active member of the Federal Bar Association, Les has held many offices and served on a variety of committees, both locally and nationally. He was President of the Los Angeles Chapter in 1996. Currently, Les is a Vice President of the Ninth Circuit for the Federal Bar Association. Les serves on the Executive Board of the Remedies Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
