restructuring of the business, increasing EBITDA by $10
million.
- Consolidated three marginal manufacturing facilities
into a single, highly-profitable factory providing parts
and service for metal-forming machinery. Renegotiated UAW
union labor contract and restructured European
licenses.
- US Chief Financial Officer of UK publicly-traded
company, raised $65 million to purchase US subsidiaries.
Established a North American cash management system
saving $2 million annually. Managed all banking and
financial reporting for US and Canadian
subsidiaries.
- Chapter 11 Trustee of middle-market bussing company.
Split company into three business units and sold each
unit separately through a court-approved reorganization
plan increasing value to private equity lenders by

PERSONAL BIO:
- Native of Buffalo, New York.
- Moved to Pasadena in 2007.
- My wife Kris and I were married in 2007, an
especially happy event since we were both widowed with
children. As the 21st century version of the Brady Bunch,
we now have six children ranging from 24 to 11 years old
- 2 college graduates, 2 in high school, and 2 in grammar
school. We are still looking for Alice.
