BUSINESS BIO: Previously, Mr. Peterson was Senior VP, Level 3 Communications, Europe. Based in London, England, he had full responsibility strategy, P&L, and M&A for European lines of business, with $115 million in revenues and operations in 7 countries throughout Europe. Before Level 3, Mr. Peterson was a Senior VP for a $7 Billion independent global venture of AT&T and British Telecom. Mr. Peterson was responsible for all global strategy, worldwide business development, all mergers, acquisitions, strategic alliances, investments and investment portfolio management. Additionally, Mr. Peterson's experience includes major mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and banking services. As Executive Director for BellSouth he had responsibility for international M&A and domestic wireless M&A. He personally completed deals totaling nearly $30 billion in 25 countries. As a corporate banker, he was a VP with large U.S. and international banks working in treasury, corporate finance and investment banking.
