BUSINESS BIO: Assist clients (primarily South Bay / Orange County) on a management and technical basis; in preparation for a loan (SBA or other financing). Short term goals include meeting milestones – capital infusion, business plan preparation, and creation of jobs resulting from successful SBA or non-SBA loan application.
2) B&W Consulting Co. I continue to cover the entire US for SBA 7a's and 504's, commercial loans, real estate mini-perms, etc which I am referring to several banks in my network (assuming they do not fit the client criteria of SBDC). I have an ongoing pipeline of SBA, and non SBA business and personal lines of credit, and commercial real estate mini-perm loans that need a home.
