BUSINESS BIO: Born in New Jersey, I received a B.S. in Accounting from Fordham University in New York and became approved to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in 1979 by the California Board of Accountancy. My early research into tax codes led me to specialize in IRS practices and procedures. In particular, I focused on the area of "collection" which subsequently led me into the tax resolution business.
