BUSINESS BIO:
We provide tax, accounting and consulting for non-public
businesses with revenues of $0 to $50 million. We also work
with business owners in the role of outside CFO. I have a
strong knowledge of both accounting and tax, and have been
involved in dozens of business purchases and sales for my
clients. I also function as an expert witness in litigation
cases, including fraud investigations and
partner/shareholder disputes. Our areas of specialty
