We represent:
- Businesses, individuals, creditors, landlords and
asset purchasers before the Bankruptcy Court.
- Individuals and business in litigation matters,
including all contract actions, collections, partnership
disputes, real estate disputes, and fraud litigation
- Discharge and restructure of taxes.
- Divorce/bankruptcy matters.

PERSONAL BIO:
- I was born in the Bronx, but grew up in L.A.
- I attended Harvard School, now Harvard-Westlake
School, Class of 1978.
- I'm an avid UCLA sports fan and season ticket holder
for basketball and football for many seasons.
- I enjoy talking politics, support several charities
and am a strong supporter of Israel.
- I live in Topanga and have 2 children, Sam 10 and
Shayna 8.
- Sam plays club basketball and Shayna dances at
Carousel Dance Company.
