  • Led negotiations for production and distribution agreements valued at $1 billion, established operating and financial systems, developed strategic business relationships as Chief Financial Officer of Destination Film Distribution Company – a start up entity.
  • Directed all investor, analyst, and banking relationships; SEC filings, the financial refinancing and restructuring necessary to successfully complete multiple acquisitions worth in excess of $100 million; as well as the ultimate sale of the Company for more than $500 million while Senior Executive Vice President Finance of All American Communications, Inc.

• President of Santek Trailers where he was responsible for all facets of day-to-day operations, procurement, sales, marketing and product development for this manufacturer of custom trailers and coaches, and increased sales in the first 12 months by 15%.

Infodisc Technology, Ltd. • 2002 – 2005

• Chief Financial Officer for this Taiwanese-owned $100 million manufacturer and distributor of pre-recorded DVDs, where he oversaw the integration of the US operations with the Taiwanese parent, managed banking relationships, led the conversion / implementation of Oracle/ERP systems for manufacturing, distribution and financial applications, evaluated the effectiveness of the company’s cross border operation in Mexico, including the closure and wind down of the operation.

• Chief Financial Officer of Destination Film Distribution Company, a startup in motion picture production and distribution, where he was responsible for the formation of all financial and operating systems, the negotiation of production and distribution agreements valued at $1 billion and the development of relationships with strategic business partners.
