BUSINESS BIO: Insperity is an off-site Human Resources department for 6,000 small and mid-size companies in all 50 states. We're 24 years old and are traded on the NYSE as NSP. After 33 years in the life and health insurance business, I transitioned to Insperity, where my skills are put to good use and our services are particularly appreciated, especially considering the current state of business and the economy. While in insurance, I was MassMutual's national top producer for disability insurance. Due to some challenges, I was given the opportunity to reassess my career path. A friend at Insperity had been asking me to join the firm for about three years, so in April of 2010 I took his advice and haven't looked back. Using all of my professional skills and experience, I have the opportunity to meet business owners and other principals, and I enjoy seeing them light up when I review Insperity 's suite of services which include, but are not restricted to, Recruiting, Supervisor Training, Performance Appraisal, Liability Management (we actually accept or share the liability when our clients over-step certain governmental regulations), Payroll, Workers' Comp and Fortune 100 benefits. All of our services are included in the monthly fee, so there's no nickel and diming. Historically our client-retention has been 90%, but in the current economy we're up to 94% retention. Obviously our clients appreciate and value our services.   PERSONAL BIO: Personally, I'm the dad to two grown boys, I've been married for over 32 years to my wonderful wife Charlene, and I've been a guitarist for 50 years. I love playing rock and acoustic music. I haven't been in a gigging band in about a year, but I'd love to be in one again.
