BUSINESS BIO:
I assist companies who are looking to relocate their office
or industrial facilities (either to lease or purchase), or
renegotiate their current lease(s) with their existing
landlord(s). I also assist high net worth individuals and
partnerships who are looking to invest in commercial income
producing properties and/or to sell their existing income
properties. Areas of concentration include the San Fernando
Valley/Greater Los Angeles and North LA County for
users/tenants or Western United States for investors.
I've been in commercial real estate brokerage since 1981
and have experience in dealing with a multitude of different
transactions and solving a wide array of issues that
commonly impact commercial real estate transactions.
