BUSINESS BIO:
Has 30 years of commercial real estate experience and has
acquired and managed $4 billion of properties. Is Managing
Director of Madison Realty Advisors, LLC which through its
affiliates and alliances manages 20 million sq. ft of
office, industrial, multifamily, student housing, assisted
living and self storage properties in 22 states. Specialties
include acquisitions, asset management, property management
and syndications.
PERSONAL BIO:
Earned a BBA from The University of Texas, a MBA from
Pepperdine University and the Certified Property Management
designation. In college was an All American swimmer and
still competes in masters competition when he's not watching
his sons swim and play water polo in college.
