BUSINESS BIO:
Greg Offsay joined illi Commercial Real Estate in December
of 2007. His attention is primarily focused on retail and
office leasing, with an emphasis in both landlord and tenant
representation. He assists in designing aggressive marketing
plans that ensure maximum exposure for the properties he
represents as well as in the prospecting and negotiations
for his clients. In order to uncover the best tenants, Greg
uses various canvassing techniques, including, but not
limited to, cold calling from local newspaper
advertisements, phone books, reverse directories, and
industry publications, as well posting property profiles on
websites such as Loopnet.com, Costar.com, and
Craigslist.com.
Occasionally, prospective tenants do not mix well with
any of the properties that illi represents. In many of these
cases, Greg will offer to search for other properties as an
agent for the tenant. illi Commercial Real Estate's emphasis
on landlord representation allows Greg to broaden his
knowledge of various Los Angeles neighborhoods and property
types, which has proven to be invaluable in finding the best
fit for tenant representation clients.
