BUSINESS BIO: Mark J. Pearl is a transactional corporate and real estate attorney, who focuses his practice on developing and implementing growth strategies for small and medium sized Companies. In addition to growth and development, Mr. Pearl works with CEOs and other principals to refine short and long term goals, develop exit and transition strategies, and create legal and business structures designed to achieve those goals. Formerly with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison and Mayer, Brown & Platt, Mr. Pearl's clients include start-up, growth and mature companies in various industries, including real estate, distribution, domestic and foreign manufacturing, finance and the service sector. Mr. Pearl is a member of the California Bar and the Beverly Hills Bar Association, where he has chaired numerous committees and is a former member of the Board of Governors.
