Scott Romick is a Principal of Lee & Associates - LA North/Ventura Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company and member of the Lee & Associates Group of Companies, specializing in tenant representation and the sales and leasing of commercial office properties.

Mr. Romick's entrepreneurial approach to tenant and landlord representation and keen attention to detail have earned him a loyal following of middle-market, private investment and corporate clients in the San Fernando Valley and throughout the Los Angeles area. A resourceful problem solver and able negotiator, Mr. Romick has also worked extensively with creative firms and others with unconventional space needs to identify and tailor office space to their requirements. He takes pride in being trustworthy, loyal and providing service above and beyond what is needed.

For his Tenant clients, some of his services are site selection, preparing proposals, lease negotiations, relocation consulting, lease abstracts and evaluation. Landlord representation services include market reporting, marketing of the property, negotiations of leasing terms and lease agreements as well as construction and space planning consulting.

Since he joined Lee & Associates in 2001, Mr. Romick has completed over 250 transactions totaling over 1 million square feet with a value exceeding $150 million

 

PERSONAL BIO:
Mr. Romick was honored among Lee's Top 10 Producers for the past three consecutive years. He was also named to the President's Circle of Excellence for his outstanding performance in '2008, 2009 & 2010.

He began his career in New York City representing some of New York City's major building owners along with tenant representation duties and strategic planning services which resulted in a transaction volume exceeding 500,000 square feet. One of his transactions was voted top honors as "The Most Ingenious Deal of the Year-1998" by the Real Estate Board of New York.

After working for several years in corporate real estate, Mr. Romick served as CEO of a New York-based sports and horse racing publishing company for three years.
