Larry Frank at Fidelity Mortgage Lenders, Inc. recently closed two deals with customers of Carlos Huerta's California General Bank. Due to decreased cash flow, the bank was unable to lend. Since Carlos knew the customers both owned their buildings free and clear he referred them to Larry. Fidelity Mortgage Lenders was able to give them both loans based solely on the equity in their buildings. No financial, no tax returns, just equity!
The customers got the funds they needed, California General Bank kept the relationship with their clients and a referral fee! When their cash flow improves for the bank to lend again, they pay off Fidelity with no penalty for the bank's lower rates.
Win, win, win!
Networking at it's most profitable.

A biofuel joint venture between Ineos Bio and New Planet Energy has received $50 million from the US Department of Energy (DoE).
The JV's commercial-scale biofuel and renewable power facility in Vero Beach, Florida, will be operational by late 2011 with construction expected to begin in 2Q 2010.
CFO 911 worked with NPE's DOE grant consultants and Ineos Bio's grant experts, and financial analysts in producing the financial information and projections for the grant applications.
Charles Dargan, CEO of CFO 911 explained, "The grant process is long and intricately involved. It takes many experienced people from many disciplines, including technology, engineering, finance and grant writing, in order to create a successful grant application. We are truly excited to have played a small part in the successful DOE grant."
The Ineos New Planet BioEnergy joint venture will own and operate the commercial facility producing 8 million gallons of bioethanol a year from renewable biomass including wood and vegetative wastes. The facility will also generate clean renewable power for export to the Florida market.
At the heart of the Ineos Bio technology is a patented anaerobic fermentation step, through which naturally occurring bacteria convert gases derived directly from biomass into bioethanol. The process supports high recycling and high landfill diversion rates.
The Ineos Bio process can produce bioenergy from numerous feedstocks, including forestry waste, agricultural waste, sustainable energy crops, construction waste and municipal solid waste. This feedstock flexibility allows facilities to be built anywhere that a renewable biomass feedstock is available, providing good jobs and locally sourced energy for urban as well as rural communities.
CFO 911 Solutions' experience includes a variety of industries: including among others, the Green Technology Industries: biofuels, renewable energy, electric energy / vehicles, solar , geothermal and wind.
